Again, a perfect marriage of image and words!
As for the questions, I'll have to think about them...
He told Nicodemus that he would need to be born again
Yet old Nicky began looking for his mother
He told the women at the well that he was the living water
Yet, she searched for a bucket
He declared the rebuilding of the temple to take three days
Yet, disbelief confused the contractor’s plans
Gravity has always been the enemy
Even as the pull upward continues
The key is to - Reach
For not only is he reaching back,
He is holding up.
life holds me captive and sometimes I crawl under my sheets just to get away from it for a few hours :)
I always think that family responsibilities hold me captive. And yet I know this is where I find true freedom.
What holds me captive?
Only my selfish self.
How do I propose letting go?
By flinging myself wildly into His gigantic, loving arms!
And I have to do this multiple times each day. Thankfully He is big enough to catch me each and every time!
Claire, if we didn't have gravity, wouldn't the fun of a trampoline be lost? ;-)
gravity is the world loving each of us. It is a force unstoppable, immovable. Looove the new site Claire! As always love the textures you capture so well!
I think I hold myself captive. And it is very hard to let go of yourself.
